1. Booking and Reservation:

   • Reservations can be made online or through our authorized agents.
   • Bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided upon successful reservation.

2. Documentation:

   • Indian & International citizens are eligible for our services.
   • Customers are required to provide valid identification documents for verification purposes.

3. Driver Services:

   • All our rental cars come with a professional driver.
   • Customers are not permitted to drive the rented vehicles; our services are exclusively chauffeur-driven.

4. Payment:

   • Payment must be made in advance as per the agreed-upon terms.
   • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Upi, Cheque and Cash.

5. Cancellation and Refund:

   • We do not provide refunds for cancellations once a booking is confirmed.
   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, customers are encouraged to contact our customer support for assistance.

6. Vehicle Categories:

   • Customers may choose from various vehicle categories based on their preferences and requirements.
   • Vehicle models are subject to availability.

7. Rental Duration:

   • Rentals are available for both short-term and long-term durations.
   • Extensions are subject to approval and additional charges.

8. Fuel Policy:

   • The rental fee includes fuel costs, and additional fuel charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Law Violations:

   • Customers are liable for any Law violations during the rental period.

10. Liability:

    • QuikCar is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the rental vehicle.

11. Force Majeure:

    • QuikCar reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

12. Compliance with Laws:

    • Customers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the rental period.

13. Customer Support:

    • Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist with any queries or concerns.

14. Modification of Terms:

    • QuikCar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
